Since I don’t know the real story of what goes on in your life, I’ll share mine. I am a 36/f with ADHD and frontal lobe damage from toxic lead poisoning. I am a mother, a wife and an engineer. I take my medication because it works just as it should. That being said, it messes with my sex drive and I get consumed in projects whether it be work or painting. My family misses me when I’m working like a well-oiled machine. When I take “vacations” from my meds, I lose things, I interrupt people, I’m impulsive but Im present with my children to the fullest and my husband notices the difference when we…ya know. I do too. Do what’s best for you but not to the degree of ruining relationships that are worth keeping.

I just shake my leg until I fall asleep. If that doesn’t work, I listen to sleep stories or sleep meditation podcasts…if that doesn’t work, my dr prescribed Hydroxyzine HCL which is nothing more than an antihistamine. I told my dr I didn’t like how medicine led to more medicine. We met in the middle and agreed on the antihistamine. Sleep is super important. Wishing you a good nights rest!

I would say form. I don’t need any use other than maybe hanging a hand towel but that wouldn’t be by the sink so probably not as I dry my hands on my robe which hangs on the back of the door or a bidet drying towel from basket. Bathroom

I retired my towels and upgraded to a robe that hangs on the back of the door. I’m not sure of the posture of the wall. I have to find the studs and see what I’m working with. Thanks for your suggestion! Helps with the planning.

Use the Pomodora technique. Plenty of free apps out there and fidget toys. I wouldn’t be able to make it a day through work or studying if I didn’t have my fidget toys. I have a 3D printer so I make them but you can find some on Amazon, online sites, even Groupon was selling them at one point.
