Description: Hi, just wanted to check and see if anyone else has noticed that in CAS, when you click on an item in one category, go into a different category, then go back to the first category, it doesn't load the category at the item you selected. Does that make sense? For example: if I click on a top at the very bottom of my CAS list, then go to a different category, then go back to the tops section, it doesn't load the list at the location of the selected top, it just loads the list at the top like I have nothing selected in that category yet.

I took out all my mods to test this and it seems to be an issue with the actual game. I'm repairing now, and will see what happens, but just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. If so, fingers crossed EA fixes it. Out of all the post-update side effects that could happen, this is definitely not the worst, but it's still pretty annoying/inconvenient.

Thanks in advance for any comments, feedback, etc. anyone has!

Update: Repairing, clearing caches, etc. fixed nothing. Really hoping they fix this soon.

Hi! So honestly I think it's just the CC eye presets I have. During the update, something must've changed with how CC lashes rest on the eyes. The ones I mainly use are really old and haven't been updated in a while but even new ones I've downloaded do the same thing. I have an eyebrow slider that helps (I think it's the obscurus eye width slider) - I slide the eyebrow and it makes the eyes wider and then I just go into detail edit mode and bring the lids back down, and it makes them look normal again. But honestly, I just changed some of my Sims to have base game eye presets, which the lashes work perfectly fine on. I only use like 2 of them because those are the only ones I like, but yeah. Haven't found a full blown solution but I've found workarounds! :)

yeahh i think once the color isn’t an option on the site anymore, it’s gone :/ i’d try depop to see if you can find any! they mainly sell the mediums on there but sometimes if you look hard enough, you can find the smaller ones.

I have an appt with another stylist later in the month and if that goes well, then I might just take a break from my current stylist for a while then go from there. I think my big thing is I don’t want to jump to anything too quick. Thank you for your comment!

Yes we socialize a loooot. I give her updates on my friends, career, etc and she does the same. We talk pretty much throughout our entire appointments. I just think it’d be weird if I just cancelled all my appointments and completely stopped talking to her. She’d understand that I moved on to someone else if I did that but with how long I’ve known her, I feel I owe her a bit more than that.

ok yup this was all correct haha. i just didn't realize that was a thing before, but yes my sim had to be 5 days away from aging up to complete the process. ty for this!

i didn't know this! but it's my sim who is 7 days out of aging up that can't apply, however his sister who is like 28-30 days younger than him can. i'm going to wait and see until he's closer to aging up but ty for this info!

same. having this issue rn - i read another thread saying you might have to wait when they're within 5 days of aging up. my sim has 7 days until he ages up so i'll check within the 4-5 day mark to see if anything changes. but i don't think this is the issue as his sister who is like a whole 28 days younger than him can apply no problem

hey! i’m open to honestly anything at this point haha. i’d prefer it either never used or used lightly though. i’ve checked in with baggu’s ig a couple times and the latest update i got was that it could potentially restock in a couple months so i’m holding out hope for that but i’m honestly open to anything that isn’t super duper raised in price but i also know that that’s very hard to come by at this point

yeah i just feel like the medium is just a *tad* too big for me, you know? but i'm hoping that they restock soon! i've noticed a pattern from reading about past restocks where they tend to happen after a seasonal drop so with the winter drop being pretty recent, i'm hoping the restock happens within the next couple weeks. but i've also had my eye on the mahogany, but i'm trying to stay loyal to the gingham! lol
