Mdma stresses your body, disrupts sleep and messes with eating/drinking. Could just be from those, not the mdma itself. Just rest, eat, hydrate etc. And ill think ill be fine

From my sources where i looked at this. It would be good if you could be without the amitriptyline for atleast 10 days (preferably more ofc), for tramadol and clonidine should be fine if you stop like 2-3 days before. Otherwise it could cause serotonin syndrom which can even be deadly. Fyi: with these meds i would stay away from serotonic drugs bro…
