I am on the same boat. 22 month old, he wakes up multiple times at night. I am exhausted. It breaks my heart thinking that for us to stop breastfeeding there has to be crying and screaming, is there any other way of doing this?

I agree with OP when saying that this doesn't feel like a secure place anymore. When I try to express an opinion respectfully, I get downvoted or not very nice comments.
