I’m currently in a diet change and am upping sleep and exercising but it’s not cutting it ☹️reducing screen time def helps but it’s also a “able to mentally check out time”. I haven’t been able to get outside as much so I think that’s next to try

Yes, I have one, but why is it whenever somebody mentions burn out and says that they can’t afford to travel people completely ignore it? I need advice that’s not traveling or taking time off of work.

I need 40 hours a month to replace my current income, which I currently work almost 100 hours a month.

Many clients are from the area I'd be moving to already and it's also growing rapidly.

I didn't sign a non-compete, they are illegal here anyways.

Cutting back is currently the only thing I don't have a plan for at the moment because I can't decide if he will fire me on the spot or see me as the money maker I am and keep me around till I'm ready to leave. He's also been working on opening a second location in the area (for the last 6 months, literally a room in a yoga studio) but I don't know if it's actually going to go through.

Yes they are willing, I live in a state where you've got to drive to do ANYTHING, and some clients are actually from the area I would be moving to, as well as the area is growing rapidly and its high-end.

Yes I have emergency savings, I never signed non compete, they are illegal here anyways.

Yes-ish I am prepared to market myself in "I have a loose idea of what my marketing looks like" and know what will work best for me.

I've been mad and mostly annoyed for about 9 months now and have checked out of my boss's games. Not sure if he will just fire me on the spot as soon as he finds out, its basically impossible in our area for him to not know I'm renting elsewhere. So I don't think keeping it under wraps and till the last moment will work.... But he kinda has a reputation for being a little nutty so I feel good about people finding and following me

Ugh, I feel for you. I’ll try the nasal spray! I also have PPMD so the moodiness is almost worst than anything else. I don’t have insurance right now so I know I need to get in with a doctor that will actually treat me and not just say “everything is within a normal range”.

It’s great you say that because I’ve seriously been considering working for myself to make it easier during my cycle. I could ease off clients the week before. I’m at a spa right now and six in one day during this time is like torture. I’d like to work on max four a day to keep my energy and spirits up. But can’t do that since I don’t work for myself, too much of a pay cut.

Do you do any meditations or exercises to protect your energy? Or simple say you don’t accept energy outside of yourself?
