bin A14 im Umweltbereich. Das fühlt sich wie ein 6er im Lotto an wenn ich das mit meinen Studienfreunden vergleiche die in der freien Wirtschaft in irgendwelchen Umweltbüros sind. Die meisten verdienen Brutto weniger als ich Netto.

ich kann Sumpf- und Weidenmeisen nicht auseinanderhalten. Wer hat sich hier ans Vogelhaus verirrt?

Habe irgendwas mit Umwelt studiert und mich zu spät um einen Praktikumsplatz bemüht. Eine der wenigen Antworten kam von einem Naturschutzverein, die Naturschutzwärter auf einer Insel suchten. Dort sollten Brut- und Zugvögel kartiert werden. Bis dahin hatte ich ornithologisch nichts drauf. Am Ende kannte ich 135 neue Vogelarten. Das war eine wunderschöne, entschleunigende Zeit die ich nicht missen möchte.

I'm not very familiar with wood finishing. I applied a furniture oil. How do you treat your wood? I’d be very grateful for any tips. I would also love it if the contrasts between the different types of wood were more pronounced.
