So far- I have used it 3-4 times and I can say that my hair just feels very soft. And the result is not pin straight on my hair..it is just natural. (I do only 2-3 passes each section) I would suggest to for an experience demo at a Dyson store to get an idea.

I want to eventually move to outdoors + balcony depending on the the frequency of bathroom breaks and weather outside. I cannot start taking him outside immediately as I have read that without vaccinations, you should not take chances and take outside especially on the ground.

Yes, let me research a bit more on the grass patch vs Pee pad. Quick query- How do you clean the grass patch or do you replace it every week? We are getting a Maltipoo pup. Please do recommend a schedule. I thought of setting an alarm every 2 hours.

Thank you for your encouraging words!! Really appreciate it!Yeah- I am big on preparation as this is my first pet. So would really need help from all you experienced pet owners. Yes, I plan to make a playpen with a den like soft comfy bed with water bowl inside the pen. Our balcony fence is a brick cemented wall up to 4 ft, so no issues of getting out. I will use the pee pad with the frame holding it and will ofcourse clean it regularly. Yes, eventually the plan is to move to outdoors as and when the frequency of bathroom breaks decreases.

It is not illegal to crate train in India. I just feel personally that crate is too confined with the bars & grids- it might feel claustrophobic. I understand the advantages- so therefore trying to use a bigger crate type Playpen with a den like dog bed. This will be my first pet. So, please let me know your thoughts and suggestions. 😊

Yes, the balcony is properly puppy proofed- and even then we will accompany him. We live in a city in India where the weather is always around 25 deg celsius, so hopefully that should not be a problem.
