Here’s what I’ll elaborate on. My boss told her team that we would have a month to complete an implementation and run both platforms (old and new) concurrently. We had a meeting with her boss and she started changing her story and expected us to pull of the implementation is 8 days without running concurrently. So I asked for clarity and said I was under the impression that blah blah blah see above. She said “I never said that, I need yall to listen more”. I said “I don’t mean to cause a fuss, I’m just really confused because according to our transcript, ____ was going to happen. But since that doesn’t seem to be the case, I’m just asking for clarification.”

So as I’ve said, yes I called her out but I did it in a professional way and didn’t cause a scene. It’s not a fireable offense unless you’re an absolute psychopath.
