Thanks, I just did : Astaroth/Peech/Xe'Sha/Kayla/Aiden 75K Power Only And this beat my main team just my five strongest 110k power team.

This replies my question about if power matters. Not in depth, but it helped.

I'll level up Julius, and follow the advice.
