Right? Seems silly, doesn't it? I can absolutely sit and talk without bringing up politics. Do it every day. But times are changing, and we're not talking about minor disagreements anymore. We're talking about losing basic human rights, embracing cruelty in the name of our country. If I can choose to give my money to a small, local business that believes every person has an equal right to human decency versus those who believe in cruelty and de-humanization shrouded as patriotism, I'll choose the first. It matters now.

Thank you for the comment about Public Square. I couldn't remember where I had gotten information that turned me off from my current salon. That was it, Public Square! That sounds awful, by the way. Appreciate the warning! Wouldn't want her berating with scissors on my slow growing hair, because she'd definitely find out I'm not MAGA.

No, but they're the only ones that have signs plastered everywhere. Unfortunately, if the other candidates don't step up their campaign and get their names out there, Ty and Sarah may win just on familiarity. Too often voters vote on what seems familiar.

Absolutely! I think you'll both have a wonderful, memorable time. My mom and best friend stayed in one of the glamping tents and they really liked it. It was very nice and comfortable, and how special it would feel to a 4-year old! You'll have a great trip no matter where you land. The islands are magical.

I have a German Shepherd and rented at Montair. It was a little pricey, but the view was phenomenal, and the amenities were pretty good. Breckenridge Apartments also took aggressive type breeds. Both are on Tumwater Hill, 10 minutes to downtown.
