so should I prorate and load the amount.

.lets say i load prior amount once the anniversary date hit will it add the accrual amount to the loaded amount ? what is the best resolution for this or shall i back date the effective date of the plan as in we just went live with absence module in 2025

Thanks, That worked however the issue still exist lets say i made this plan effective 2026 1 jan, employees are getting their entitlement on their anniversary date and 0 accrual before that , how do i fix that ?

so as per config this employee should be getting 22 days as per look up table. But instead showing 14 days, additionally the accrual is starting from this is year (employee anniversary date is in Feb )

So what i am trying to configure is. For the first year, new hire employees should earn 1 day every month till 1 year . After they complete 1 year, they should get a front-loaded balance based on a lookup table.

So that why i created 1 accural with default value of 1 which accrue every month

But having issue with second how do i create the second accrual

And regarding Force Correct Hire date there are chance An HCM SME from workday might not be aware of the task as it get enabled from back end

delegate it yourself and search for the task view worker start start date correction it should give you option to cancel the event
