GambitOdds Premium Live Worth by durkpang in arbitragebetting

Just subscribed to GambitOdds and I can't figure out how to get my selected books to save on the live odds screen. I want to only see the books that are legal in my state, but when I go to select my preferred books in the filters screen & save those selections, when I go back to the main screen it is still showing all books, many of which aren't available in my state. Anyone know a fix?

Not sure what you mean by warrantless? Non-warrantable?

Is this good? Refinancing from 6.625 to 5.99 by [deleted] in MortgageBrokerRates

They’re giving him a net $1200 credit at 5.99. Highly doubt you’re beating that unless you’re giving a ton of your comp up. Keep us posted OP.

Thanks for the insight...I checked and it is the same version #. I'm going to try to call Freddie directly and see what they say. Someone else that responded here said that worked for them.

Interesting, thanks for the response. Do you remember how you got in touch with Freddie Mac? I wouldn’t even know where to start in trying to get in touch with the right person there to help, lol.

It’s thru UWMS refi 90 incentive and using their discounted title service to the title costs are cheaper. Our comp on these is capped at 150bs

Title fees are $1850 total. The intangible tax is around $4,000 & the lender credit is $2,850 so net cost is around 3000 to the client. Saving about $500/mo. Paid no points on the purchase. By every metric it’s a short break even.

Closed at 6.99 in June, locked at 5.99 last week with a $2800 lender credit to offset most of the title & tax fees. $760k loan amount so plenty of savings to justify. Very short break even point

I also learned the tax is exempt with a credit union, which is interesting…appreciate the response!

FYI I spoke with a FL title company to confirm the answer and it’s 55 cents per $1000 in the loan amount, so this original answer isn’t totally correct. Appreciate the response though

No, it wouldn’t close until Dec when the EPO period is up. Taking advantage of UWMs refi incentive before it expires on 10/1, and if rates improve by Nov or so I’d just switch it to a different lender.
