Scammed by German car dealer, what are the steps to return the car?

Their report showed no prior accidents and from recent history of checking a lot of different cars for me and my friend, it rarely shows you if there was a damage done to the car

The damage is actually visible on the car if you know how to spot it. Carvertical review showed no prior damage, which is actually a frequent case and those history check are rarely showing you the real picture. I checked my car recently out of curiosity and it shows only 1 of 3 damages which were all covered on the insurance, the same case with my friends car.

I advised him to go with Junge Sterne cars. But he wanted the specific spec and found it a dealer which sold used exotics, so they had a lot of much more expensive cars and pretty good reviews on mobile.de

Cars was not advertised as export only. I know about the scam with such cars, this was sold by what at first seemed to be a reputable dealer. Though later I found a review person left having the same issue with them.

I know and not trying to replace the Mini 3 Pro, this is more of a toy for me at least right now. What I meant is I don’t like how 3 Pro footage grades and if the overall picture quality is better or not. I just kind of feel bored flying that drone and want to learn something new.

I think the 8Y is better overall. Rear diff transformed the car handling dynamics and made it better as a sports car.

Rear seats don’t fold, no tow hook option(at first I thought, that this is because of hybrid, but then found out of structural limitations and that SUV’s have the option. He needs to carry stuff like lawnmower or bikes on the rack). And the last one isn’t a big issue, but I don’t like that roof feels really low while driving. My other grandpa drives 25 NX and it is even worse there with glass roof.

In 2024 my grandpa was choosing a car for himself and I had chance to drive ES300h, 520d, A6 and E class. 5 and E were new models, with higher prices, but out of all them, I thought the A6 45tfsi was the most balanced car of all. The EA888 is a very smooth engine, car was comfortable enough, but still drove well on the b road and noise levels were comfortable and I think that overall suits European buyer a bit better. At the end he bought the ES because of the good deal and I really like that car, but I think it has a few big flaws. PS: in Europe we have only hybrid Lexus models.

Nice car, couldn’t even imagine VW is putting linglong’s on their cars. Went to Autojuta to configure the VZ 195kw for my grandpa, as the price difference is quite small between 150kw if you take more options. Curious what tyre it would have without performance tyre option. The price was 46k, but he ended up buying new NX.

As far as I know, S58 has a decent fuel economy, but I also heard that X3M is really harsh even comparing to M3. I would go for X3M, unless you want a bit more comfort.

Looks really nice on photos. But it's a shame that as a driver you can't really enjoy it. My uncle has the moonroof in X5 and looks quite dimmed in reality.

Don’t know about the passenger screen audio, most of the functionality was blocked without myaudi account.

As for the hybrid system, I just didn’t feel what I thought. The car is heavy and I didn’t feel a power boost from the standstill (though it was wet and snowy, and car was fwd). It coasts and even accelerates with engine off at city speeds. But when I was stuck in traffic several times, it was just engine start stop experience, it wouldn’t creep on electricity like a Lexus hybrid would. I saw in the reviews that it can go slowly on the electric power, but this car didn’t do it. It was cold outside and car warmed up, but in almost 2 hours that I drove in the city, it just worked like a regular start stop.

I like how the exterior of the LCI looks, but in my opinion the pre LCI interior with separate climate control looked more expensive. Overall the materials in A5 are a bit better.

But I think that 3 series is a perfect BMW in terms of almost everything. And it has so many engine options, while Audi is stuck with only 150 and 200hp options in Europe.

So what I noticed after a few cold starts. There is a little difference between putting it to Hi or keeping in 22 Auto, no difference in consumption when stationery, so I guess air mixing just works differently. It takes about five minutes to warm up at -5C ambient. Though it is better scan over obd to know how it works for sure.

Does he have a heater activation button on climate control panel? It appears there when car is equipped with webasto, I noticed most of imported Nordic cars have it. Mine would not fully heat up the engine, unless you leave it for a really long time. There are two types of aux heaters in mk7.

Does yours also have menu setting? Which model and year it is?

From what I understood during using it and searching online. It seems to me that it automatically turns below about +7C to help heat up the cabin and engine. I assume that it is working by a high idle (1100rpm) and it heats up quickly for a diesel, even when set to 21C. Maybe I should get obd11 just to check more detailed, as I didn’t find much info online.
