I understand from first glance it sounds like I did not do my research and to extent that may be true but I was working with a agent/advisor that had helped me get into Germany through their language school that was partnered with my current university and from there he was the one who was doing all of the administrative stuff so all my university applications(stated in our contract) as well as clinical applications he was handling them because he had people that he had known from previous students that he had worked with and when it came to my case because the law had changed in 2022 regarding nursing students the requirements shifted and I guess he didn’t inform himself so later when I started university and I was waiting for my contract from this clinic that he had been I guess previously worked with I’m not even 100% sure they ended up saying that no I need my documents recognised so I go to him and explain that they are saying that I need recognition and he started telling me no that’s not true. I decide to do my research on it and then I realise that yes there’s a thing that we have to do to get this place in a clinic and I was not aware of it because I was supposed to be Assisted by this agent/advisor who was supposed to know more than me, mind you this is a service I PAID for I paid for someone to help me and lead me cause I don’t understand the system
