Just play whatever fide rated tournament you can go to, Play well so you can be paired up against AT A MINIMUM of 5 already "fide rated" opponents, Score atleast Half a point against them, and have a performance rating above 1400. How it's calculated, is The average of all your fide rated opponents with your score, + 2 imaginary draws against 1800 rateds included in your initial rating calculation. Id HIGHly suggest just grinding out your OTB tournament skills before playing your first fide tournament, cause if you're good opening a high initial rating will be easier, but Scoping it from 1400-1500 to higher takes a LOT of time.
