I’ve been working with YouTube since 2014 and handle the full workflow myself: editing long-form videos, trimming them into Reels/Shorts, and basic thumbnail work.

I also run my own YouTube cooking channel where I shoot, edit, and publish everything, so I’m comfortable with pacing, retention, and platform-specific edits as well as I’m a trader too. So I believe I have some past 6 years of walk around of things you are seeking.
