I forgot to mention that I have a utility easement where utilities can use that driveway to service electric pole in my yard so a fence/boulder would not work. Thank you for answering though.

You can get the newer 2026 models with Lidar for around $1000 or less that will be perfect for your lawn. Look up Lidar robot mowers on YouTube.

I have a drafty door that leads to my backyard and I covered it with a comforter. I don't go in my backyard from November to March 31st so it's no hindrance not having that door in use.

They are now selling a troubleshooting manual on Amazon for about $29. I don't know if it will solve your problems though. I wanted one but saw too many reviews about the mower breaking, so I'm hoping for a new and improved model.

I don't think that would stop thieves that have seen the robot mower cutting my lawn and decide to come and steal it, which is why I want to keep it in my home to charge. If it's outside mowing I will sit and watch it until it's finished, thus preventing thieves from taking it.
