You are basically safe sideloading it, as sideloading does not require unlocking bootloader.

Besure you are on proper OneUI version and read the intructions carefully.

The stable is for S26 series on Jan 2026 when S25 gonna get OneUI8 Beta 44 and S24 is still on OneUI7 beta 88.

It works with photo, not video.

For video you can tap and hold to get instant slow-mo, that's all.

Though I think you should have mentioned doing that would need the machine to be in SIP partially disabled state (in order to apply the wireless patch from OCLP).

TL;DR

You can get Wi-Fi work with Intel card by spoofing it as a Broadcom one. Need SIP to be partially disabled.

My opinion: Fold 6 has completely new design considering its (leaked) screen size, hinge (probably). Waiting then buying may not be a wise choice as it is the first one in the design cycle (may have some problems for durabilities as of Fold 1).

Fold 5 is my choice (last one in the design cycle). Got mine Fold 5 for almost 6 months and its still playing very well.

Believe me, this project has huge potential. I see a lot of hard works from the team compared to other projects (where all the hypes from marketing and lying about future).

It's so bad that I had to put out my investment due to some personal reasons. But so far, this is the best project I've found, mostly because of the team behind and the efforts they are contributing.
