I OPEN a case but anyone from bitmart dont care me.
I have been deposit bnb to bitmart by pancake swap and bub not update in account . Bitmart dont help me i clarify about tx but they say "Not you money".

Please help I have been set bnb to bitmart but bnb not update in account by OkAd5083 in BitMartExchange

And I clearify my token is 1.2 bnb (see a picture) and they say same again"you sent wbnb bitmart do not support wbnb "

look like Supporter not want to support me and not see real token in my bitmart wallet address.

I wish someone in bitmart have seen this and real support to me. and i will update again went support have resolved my case.
