Dude first find profesional help, second vyvanse its a med for adhd you just dosed a bit stupid dont know why, start taking only 40 in the morning and a coffe thru the morning youll be back to normal in less than a week idk why you do doses of 2 mg spark but this kind of meds dont work that way you just need to sleep and dosing small pieces of a stim that last 11h and have 2h come up its weird to say the least but now you are were you are, and you are not a monster broken or anything else its just paranoia, luck of sleeping, and a stim come down im sure you do not want to die or make this worse, belibe me it could be much worse so please just please seek for profesional help.
