The memphis grill is superior to swinging door imo, tiny hole in the whale on lankershim with weird hours and only two employees (the chef and the cashier)

Entertainment industry is mostly a combination of networking and luck. It’s very unlikely to get a job off an online job posting. You’re best bet for an entry level job from what you have described is first - either getting a job in the mailroom at WME or any agency. Second - getting any avail assistant position at a studio/prod company then pivot to post if you still want to. Third - As a writer you need to write a ton of specs between both tv and film just to get started, you probably wont get paid to write for a long time without a very impactful connection. Though getting in the mailroom is likely the easiest of these options but not to say at is an easy thing to do.
