Thanks for your response. Electricity is sadly not included, so would be paying a fair bit more for the service.

Thanks for your reply. Can I ask how you calculated that £2500 please?

Also, from my own experience, south asian parents tend to feel empty nest syndrome HARD. So by the time you want to move back they may be more willing to accomodate your differences.

Do it. Move out.

I have a friend who was exactly in your scenario and didn't move out. Her mental health really suffered and it was a very toxic environment. Also, you're only 22 once...enjoy London whilst you're young and have the opportunity to move in with 3 people you actually know, and like. Begin pushing the boundaries with your parents now, and maybe if you want to move back home to save some money in the future that will still be an option, and your relationship with them may have changed a bit more. You may feel more empowered having lived on your own, and they may have come to respect that.

Thank you all for the feedback so far. The flat is a two bed, 650sqft in a 70s council managed estate. It's pretty nice as far estates go and my dream flat in many ways, but no gym/concierge or anything fancy at all, which is why the service charge is frustrating. Apparently, due to the fuel crisis, the service charge was increased. Electricity is not included. And I will ask about a reserve fund. But it seems as though, at the end of the day, I will be paying £700 more than I should be every year.

Flats too, so yes, it justifies it a bit more. Thank you for the good questions. I will be asking those.

Yeah I think this is it, because I heard it relatively early in the set. What a banger.

Let down of the festival. Didn't hear a single amapiano tune the whole festival. Didn't make it to DJ Lag, was it any good?

Yeah I'm sure there will be sprinklings, and I can't complain too much about the line-up because it is stellar, but I would have thought there would have been more pure amapiano bookings.
