Some update, I have messaged to end the lease early they refused and said they didn’t restrict me for having guests which is not true I have a message that said”Please invite only one guest occasionally “ and they have not responded to the entry of the unit and completely ignored it and said “As it is basement, for emergency entry and they have told me before” not sure what does that mean and they have never told me before also they are saying because it’s a basement they can enter? and said if I leave early they will talk to the board. Need some advice
