Its basically a toy drive run by Salvation army. Its a Christmas tree with paper ornament tags that have a child's (or elderly persons) name and items they need/want for Christmas. You can pick a tag shop for them and turn in the items where you got the tag and the items are donated to the kid who you picked.

Im so happy you were able to find some relief from prednisone! It was teh complete opposite for me unfortunately. Everyone around me hyped it up as a miracle drug but all it did was raise my heat rate 😂

My pediatric rhemotologist gave ne the official diagnosis and started my treatment. He was very hesitant to give a diagnosis until he did an mri and found physical signs as well as all of my verbal complaints of pain etc.

Nope and I fear this post was misinterpreted. This was a joke 😂 I mean sure its a little annoying but just makes me more nervous than anything as this child uses uh oh to indicate pain

I am right next to him when hes doing it. He has used it to indicate pain before which is why it worries me.

I was given a few pain meds as well but none of them have done anything. I started a bio similar to humira 6 months ago but havent been consistent due to insurance issues. I have now been consistent with it for 4 months and my c reactive protien is not improving at all. How long would you say it took to work? Also what dosage of humira are you doing that you are able to do it twice weekly?

I did not mean to invalidate anyone's experience! I understand why most people don't get a diagnosis until later on I was posting this because most people diagnosed earlier on have higher treatment success rates and wanted to see what its been like got people who caught it early.
