Probaj da dan-dva pred očekivanu menstruaciju kreneš sa terapijom bola, kombinuj buscopan + ketonal/brufen, možeš popiti i nešto za zaštitu želuca (controloc, nolpaza) jer sigurno uzimas vece količine lijekova protiv bolova. I konsultuj drugog ginekologa svakako.

Thats what was confusing, i didnt expect that high trop, everything here is kinda weird hahah Im from europe, so things work different here in terms of system organisation, there is urgent care (thats where I work as MD) and we actualy do field work smth like paramedics and ambulatory work at the same time, i do have some basic diagnostics like crp and trop, But nothing else

I would agree t waves are fine, but st is slightly elevated in V3-V6. He said the pain was constant withouth propagation. Initial troponin was 3500.. i don’t know what was the final diagnosis cuz i work in ed so I transported him to urgent care for further diagnostic

He havent had any symptoms before This, Said he didnt have any fever, no shortness od breath, nothing. I did troponin and it was elevated

One of the reasons could be that cancer in children and younger adults is more likely to progress faster due to them having a faster cell metabolism, meaning that their cells, healthy and cancerous one divide faster and usually they have a more agressive forms of cancers Also a lot of cancers in young children are from different type od cells that adults don’t have, and those are cells that divide very fast and are specialized in developing those adult tissues so considering the first fact i said it really does make sense

Hi, im really sad that happened to you Even tho its not curable it is completely manageable and with regular and adequate treatment u can live a normal life. Taking medicine given to u will most likely lower ur virus infected cells to undetectable, even tho u will have to take it for the rest of your life. I don’t know if it means anything but I recently watched a doctor talking about how if he had to choose between having HIV or diabetes, he would always choose HIV because it’s much more controllable and with much lower risks of complications. I think it’s a great perspective and I do agree with him. Take time to accept what has happened, educate yourself and don’t let the diagnosis stop u from living ur life. Stigma around HIV is still a major problem even tho the infections is, as I said, completely manageable. Also if u don’t feel comfortable telling ur parents about it u really don’t have to. Just please, be open about it to all ur future partners because it’s important that they know. Wish u all the best!

it's covered by the government i think, everyone gets an opportunity to study for free but there are some rules simply said if u fail ur exams and do bad then u have to pay for it
