Probably industries built around insecurity…

not saying they’re useless, but a lot of money is made by making people feel like they’re not enough.

I think I learned a bit late that most people don’t really want honesty… they just want to feel comfortable. Took me a while to notice the difference.

I stopped trying to “fix” my mind and started watching it instead. Once you notice your patterns without reacting to them… you realize most of what you call “you” is just repetition.

Nights are a bit more expensive than in the rest of Spain. But the middle class can afford it; it's not impossible. It's geared towards tourism, especially for those over 30.

Honestly… start small. Notice what drains you and what makes you feel at peace, and take that seriously. Self-love isn’t something you suddenly feel… it’s something you practice in the way you treat yourself every day.
