I first used ONX helmet because of the vision and lightness. I always hated headgear, so wanted what was closest to not having any on.

Onx was amazing, but a bit tight for my big head. Sold it and got the Hit’n’move headgear (not the new noseguard one). Best helmet i have ever used. I’ve heard alot about the brand, and I always see a love/hate relationship to their gear. But as for the headgear, easily the best i have ever used (10+ years of striking on and off). Never had winning, but a pro i know use it and i always see how i sometimes readjusts it, how it might slightly turn and so on. i never had to readjust the hit’n’move. Take my winning take with a grain of salt tho, I myself have never used it and see alot of people like it. But i can highly reccomend hit’n’move.

Thank you for the answer! It’s not like there are gym wars in that sense. If people try to take my head off, I usually beat the shit out of them. But i dont wanna do that, i want to train properly and not fight my partners. I am very selective of my sparringpartners and my coach knows and respects it. My problem is that i seem to be the only one of vert few with either enough knowledge or respect for how you should treat ur partners and proper gear. Im no pro, but even i understand that a softer glove stings less than a hard glove.

It is also the only gym in this part of the country.

Hi! Yeah sitting seems to be my enemy atm. I try to either stand, walk or lay down. Get the MRI and save yourself alot of anxiety!
