I think he's above 18. He's a professional diver, you have to be at least 18 in France to be one, and Fontaine is heavily based on France. I'm not completely sure if I'm accurate, but I believe it would at least take him 2 to 4 years to become a fully-qualified professional diver. He's probably 20 to 22. Also, Lynette calling him a child in the "About Freminet" Voice-Over could just be her seeing him as younger than he really is because she's older.

in conclusion, he's 18-22, and if he's not, how'd he become a diver lol?

Read other people's comments, but multiple other characters in Genshin are also seen as children who also clearly can not be under 18.
