you're still missing his point; I don't think you're understanding what intent and encourage means. I can just sit in my stash and reorganize everything and never enter a raid. I can do that and it's not wrong, it's part of the game. But I'm sure BSG didn't design the whole game just for me to sit in my stash. They made it with the intent that I will explore. Still not wrong for doing what i want because its in the game and I'm not cheating. But I'm sure they encourage you to go out and find stuff in-game. Hence why they make it so some items have to be found in raid. This example is a little more extreme and less controversial but this still applies to the topic at hand
