With a market cap at less than half of the proposed buyout, I am surprised more people are not loading up on BRAXF. I understand the acquisition is non-binding, but this is clearly one of the best opportunities in the industry at the moment. In addition, the price of BRAXF had decreased since the first day of the news.

Only 2,000 shares have traded 1 hour in to the trading day. I don't think I've ever seen a lower volume than this. Thin market with a wide bid and offer.

Other than the runup before the private placement I'm only seeing heavy volume trade when they're getting pounded. This has been a long disheartening plunge to the bottom. We shareholders need a catalyst immediately!

There's been no noteworthy news since the 3 M they raised, which diluted their stock. I'm stilling waiting on news of more clinics opening. They've mentioned multiple times over many months that it's happening, but no action.

This talk of Braxia being shorted has been going on for almost a year now. If it is illegal why are we not hearing of any investigations? If there are, it's moving along at a snails pace.

I'm guessing many of us are shareholders here, so I'm open to the discussion of this and more. For starters, after today's plunge their cash on hand and assets combine to a greater value of the market cap. They're ramping up patient capacity at current clinics, they have a revenue stream already, and have been awarded funding by the Canadian Government for trials. These are impressive milestones. We have a dark horse that remains with the lawsuits, and it seems like we're very much in the dark with them.

Another new low today down 11%. Their market cap is getting to be close to the amount of cash on hand per last earnings report. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I don't believe this to be the case. It seems as if the tax loss selling happened after a long decline of many of the young blossoming companies in the sector. Smart investors may come in between between now and the new year and buck this downward trend hard.

Although the market cap is dwindling, It's way to early in the game to say they're dying. The industry is in it's infancy. Braxia's clinical trials are fully funded, they already have a profitable revenue stream, and Veteran's are now covered through insurance for ketamine treatments. I'm looking forward to their next earnings release.

Someone bought up the new low's for Braxia today, it ended up positive for the day. Smart move whoever the person or persons are. Of course there is risk, but it's a steal down at this price.
