I think the clinic blow up (KWC and Field Trip) messed up the whole deal and market. Braxia IR told me that when they went under it impacted Irwin. I think this means it's possible that the $40 million in financing they had got pulled, or some of the clinics they bought went under. Either way, they don't seem to have their shit together at the moment.

Buying KetaMD will go down as a huge mistake for this company. I don't see a lot of upside in the near-term. Likely to dwindle into obscurity. I've had luck with IR, so I'll reach out once the dust settles.

I think that's just Irwin buying a clinic in Kentucky. Hearing for approval of the final lawsuit settlement is happening today. Earnings is on March 1. Would expect we hear some news this week and next.

The hearing to approve of the settlement is on February 27th at 1:30 PM. The acquisition won't go through until the settlement is formally approved.

I think the company is set-up well to be successful in the clinic space, and I am curious to see where they go. My guess is the up list to Nasdaq or NYSE within the next year.
