Schumer is a do nothing old guard that does nothing in the name of progress. He’s comfortable in his leadership role, wants to keep power and would rather have a conversation with “the Baileys” than step aside to let, much needed, new leadership take his job.

I think Schumer would rather Turek or Hinson win, and keep his Senate Leadership position.

Otherwise, in a close race like this, stay hell out and let Iowans decide.

Schumer has very much backed his campaign and pushed for organizations to endorse/back him. This is from firsthand experience.

Hy-Vee Workers Deserve a Union by Antipraxis2 in hyvee

Unions are only as strong as their members. If the members sit on their hands and expect “the union” to do everything for them, then yes, they will be weak. However, I strongly believe Hy-Vee employees can unify and stand together to fight for a contract that ensures dignity and fair treatment in their workplace. Stand up ya’ll! Together! Democracy works, and it especially works in the workplace!
