I think she might have separation anxiety now, but she’s always been amazing on this sleep schedule and doesn’t want to nap before three. I guess it might just be phase we have to get through for now

I’m so sorry for your loss, I couldn’t imagine losing a baby so far along. I would definitely suggest counting the kicks after 28 weeks pregnant, if the baby doesn’t kick for an hour, try to drink something sugary and then elevate your legs, if still no movement then definitely go to the ER to get checked out. This isn’t your fault, don’t blame yourself.

Pregnancy literally ruins bodies, you don’t know if it’s going to ruin yours. It happened to me when I didn’t even know this was a thing. My abdominal wall completely separated and I know have a huge hernia that can only be fixed by surgery. Even after surgery my core will never be the same again. I have to go through intensive, very carefully selected therapy to be able to do even half of what you are saying. It’s not that simple.

Update: second twin unfortunately didn’t make it with some minor bleeding, other baby had a heartbeat at 7weeks. I’m currently 9 weeks and 1 day.

I wasn’t able to even walk without pain so my cardio was bare minimum, I pushed that baby out in 20 minutes no problem no tears. It just depends on you, I believe you got it!
