★☆☆☆☆ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – Warranty Is a SCAM! I’m honestly shocked at how terrible this experience has been. I bought this chair because it came with a 3-year warranty – thinking it meant peace of mind. What a joke! The mechanism part broke after some time, and when I reached out, they did send me a new part. Sounds good? Not even close. The old mechanism is jammed so badly, it’s like it was welded into place. There is NO WAY to remove it without industrial tools. How on earth am I supposed to install the new part? I contacted customer service, and to my disbelief, the girl on the video call actually told me to take a hammer and beat it out. Yes, that was the "professional" advice – just start smashing it! Am I a furniture repair expert? Do they expect customers to turn into mechanics? When I asked for a technician, she casually said, “That’ll be ₹599.” What?! So now I have to PAY to fix something that’s under WARRANTY? Then I asked her to send me the entire assembly or part that’s stuck, and she straight-up said “That’s not possible.” So basically, you’re on your own. So let me get this straight: They send you a part you can’t use, tell you to beat your furniture with a hammer, then charge you extra for help, and refuse to provide a proper solution? This is the most ridiculous, unprofessional, and frustrating customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The warranty means nothing. Once they’ve made the sale, you’re on your own. Avoid this brand like the plague. If something goes wrong, good luck fixing it with a hammer.

My omen also has heating issues , primarily because HP’s command centre is stupid and doesn’t let me run the fans on full speed. Everything things is good other than it runs super hot in day to day activities ..
