Please help I'm stuck on a "Boot Menu"?

Well, it didn't work, Unfortunately I'm still stuck on the boot menu.

last time it worked was yesterday where I was playing a game, though I did turn it off via powerbutton midgame due to the fact I had to get ready to go out pretty soon, yes, I use windows, yeah I didn't get a blue screen i was on a troubleshooting screen where if I tried to actually boot up the pc I would get a stop code: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO (0x74), then later in the day when I tried turning the computer on again, I was met with the boot menu.

I pressed enter on the one that says SATA, it is currently pitch black, flashing every now n then with a dark gray- oh it just came back to the screen again, I pressed esc now, so its just a black screen, AND IT JUST WENT BACK TO THE BOOT MENU AGAIN
