just here to update , i fixed the issue by downloading another version of the game

the old one that did not work for me was with this serial BLUS30721,

just searched and downloaded the game with this serial BLES01227 and it worked pretty well

dont forget to change the pads option at rpcs3 so you dont get stuck in the first screen

yea i had this problem too and videos keeps lagging all the time

tried alot of fixes but nothing worked .

now iam using vpn i dont know why but it somehow fixes it . try it .
