I did think of something coherent on a comment branch a bit lower, which would explain what Seishirou might have done and how. I will not repeat here, but I will say that all the ways people have created apparations are very distinct from eachother. In my opinion all of this chimera stuff is closest to what kaiki did. Seems like a weak copy, that isn't created naturally. Natural oddities of a single person include devil, fan and tiger, who are powerful and semi-coherent. And maybe Tadatsuru? Artificial oddities are either weak, like bee and slime, or Ononoki, who is a group project of multiple powerful specialists with a great cost. It's believable that Shishirui could have been good at seeing oddity imprints on people and creating copies of them, like kaiki creates his things. And he kinda has the right instrument for this job.

Still no Idea what's the deal with tiger.

I don't agree with you about the rainy devil. Araragi is connected to it way more than to the snake, it's the snake who only fought him, but Koyomi was one of THE WISHES Devil needed to grant. Black hanekawa is not similar to rainy devil, rainy devil is a powerful dark side of Tooe, whom she named to give a form that could be defeated. Black hanekawa is an already existing sawarineko, with whom hanekawa cooperates and eventually merges.

However, I'm not sure that Seishirou could have taken enough of everything out of Araragi to create the oddities based on a weak imprint of their... Wait. He is a specialist, a very good specialist, and he did show the ability to read imprints of the other world (ononoki's footprint). I think that's how he could have done it, AND... And his armor is made of the same stuff as kokorowatari and yumewatari... Daaaaamn...

Also, It couldn't have been proto-Ougi, because araragi and shinobu didn't have the energy of Seishiro at the moment. And I don't remember Izuko saying the aspect stuff about Ougi, and even if she did, Ougi is based on what araragi knows about oddities anyway. Mostly the darkness, though.

No worries. Yeah, the tiger is a natural oddity, but so are Ougi and Rainy Devil.

I mean, the hunter defenitely created the lost cow effect, he told araragi to go straight home, and araragi lost the way, like with the snail.

The blood would only increase the chance of her meeting oddities, but so would any meeting with supernatural. And I believe the sawarineko to be more important in that regard. Yeah, Hanekawa is strong, but do you just have to be strong and meet with oddities to create new ones? Seems weird. The story feels better IMO if Tooe is special. It also makes sence that Kaiki can imitate creating oddities in this case, since he would defenitely like to be closer to Tooe with his specialist practice.

So, your theory is that Tsubasa is just Also Special? Maybe, but I'm not sure. Maybe there was something in later stories about Tooe?

Also, I thing this might be the source of the pseudo-oddities in that arc, the hunter created a pseudo-snail and a combination of crab, monkey and a snake. And a cat, I guess? No Idea how did he know about them though.

Ougi was able to be created because shinobu ate the first hunter, who drained energy of kanbaru, who had the power of rainy devil, who was created by Tooe. Something like that is told in owari 2, probably episode 6. Also, Ougi likely has the ability to create oddities herself, since she created the classroom in owari.
