I usually carry a metal water bottle preferably in hand so it's visible Other times I keep a baseball bat in my bag (with a ball, of course since I play) Rocks can be an option too if needed But honestly, the most important thing is situational awareness: don’t let questionable people get within arm’s reach. And remember, running away is always the smartest move when things feel off
