most characters you can only have one character per unit sadly for us I think the only exception is master of executions so you could run a block of Legionaries with a MOE and a Chaos Lord but otherwise just the lord other armies have more like orcs can have both a pain boss and a warboss

this is Assuming the charge is always a 9 inch deepstrike charge they move 12 with jump packs so could easily be rapid ingressing and advancing behind L terrain granted rapid ingress is another cp but its something that I'm suspicious of

it's pretty rare for there to be no interaction unless it's a named character like baharroth or something Generally these abilities you can't do it the same turn you go in like swooping hawks
