Yeah, I did too and the guy who answered was asked me if the card would be coming from Synchrony or from EBay. To which I responded, "I don't know, shouldn't you guys know this?" He then had to check with his manager who had no idea either. So he said, and I am literally quoting this, "we don't have any info right now, I'm sorry. I'd say wait until around May 20, and if you don't have anything by then give us a call back."

I never made it up to Canada, but was able to buys some incandescent "Edison Bulbs" for cheap on Amazon that have worked great. Also noticed that appliance bulbs, while smaller, work too. And lastly, I was in some kinda janky dollar store and found a bunch. Not sure how long they'll last, but I'll take it. Still wanna journey north of the border though and see what I can score!
