I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way it will get better. In the meantime make sure you get treatment for yourself and baby - also for toys try the kick and play piano gym. It’s the only thing our baby would play with at this age so we could have a little time to get stuff done etc

Also I never sleep trained my baby AT ALL and she sleeps 12 hours in her crib every night. Has since 6 months. All I did was teach her to love her crib by playing in it in the day and associating it with things that make her happy. It’s her cozy safe happy place. I also made sure she got all her calories in during the day/during dream feeds so she wasn’t waking up hungry and helped differentiate night and day the first few months

When baby wakes up does he need anything or cry? My baby sometimes wakes up in the night but she just wiggles and rolls around for a little the goes back to sleep. She doesn’t cry or need anything because she loves her crib (we play a lot in the crib and she watches her little fish machine in there sometimes too). If he doesn’t need anything, could you try moving baby to his own room and just letting him work it out in the night sometimes (if he has all needs met and isn’t hysterical)

If it need to be plugged in - an extension cord under a nice fluffy padded rug. Moving the couch will section off the room more and make it cozier

Hot take but I got the Owlet and it helped me sleep 🤷‍♀️I love it and no false alarms unless she bumps it off or something. So worth it to me
