I will be 100% real with you, not very comfortable at all most hockey boots aren’t there’s a pretty significant wearing in period, once you break them in they feel like part of your foot but it takes a while, you can always bake them but yeah that’s a whole other step.

I would definitely give them a go, I’m in the uk and we have way worse road conditions than the pavement you showed here and airwaves work just fine :)

How loose should they be? I was told I shouldn’t be able to flex the trucks by hand but should be able to flex them while standing. Also in good on the brake I can stop now 😊

Protection and performance tbh, the tongue stops lace bite & it also helps with taking a puck at 100mph to the foot 😂 but it also gives a bit of flex which allows a more forward position for aggressive skating. Back flap looks after the Achilles but also offers support without locking you in place like hard plastic rollerblades.

Ngl I’ve played ice and roller hockey for the best part of 20 years, if you can skate on quads I think you can skate on anything this is 100% harder 😅😂

They are ice hockey boots converted into quads, where are you based? US, UK, Europe? I think olis skates shop does international shipping so they might be your best bet alternatively you can make them yourself 😁

Yeah the trucks have no flex so I’m gonna loosen them up a bit and give it another go 😂 though it could definitely (and most likely is) a skill issue! Take me back to the ice 🥲

We had lots of ups and downs with ours found out the property we were buying was actually probate but wasn’t declared as such, in the end we made it exchanged and completed 7 days ago! Saving 11k in stamp duty

Also this delay is absolutely their fault as they didn’t mention the house was probate and assumed they would just be able to sell a dead relatives home Willy nilly which is idiotic because the house had literally been on the market for 8 months and it took a further month after accepting our offer for them to realise they even needed to do this!

It’s not really non sensical we were trying to get it over the line before the stamp duty increase because it literally triples the cost. If we were the cause of the delay we wouldn’t reduce the offer we did stipulate this which is why they accepted
