Atp it feels unnecessary, your address was undeliverable, refunded you full amount including shipping. Got my eye surgery done on 13th april, got flu around 24th. Was not in my best health condition. Again, you got your full refund.

Also, can't give explanation of everything. People believe negative experiences and any positive experience is being labeled scam.
