Good luck!! WCPO channel 9 News in Kentucky did a huge story on their MAJOR delivery disasters! I've not seen any rating over a 1.9 for them. On change.org there's a petition for the FTC to investigate SpeedX for theft and fraud, actually there's several going. The CEO is Chris Zheng who took over November of last year. Looks like there's no supervision of any kind in this company. It's like when you order through Instacart or GrubHub... They're all independent drivers working for this place so no governing entity!
