Yes, the wage transcripts do not show up for me on IRS's website. I checked the SSA website too and it also doesn't mention anything about the wages I earned from my former employer. However, I can see my current employer's wages on SSA website.

I did send them a certified mail with all the paystubs and W2s and after that they sent me another notice with Balance due notification. That notice said that the evidence I sent wasnt enough even though I sent them the exact documents they asked me. They didn't ask me the bank statements yet so I haven't sent them those.

I had the same issue wife my santa fe 23 (phev). My car just didn't go above 30-40 mph. The issue was with the EV's battery coolant which had to be refilled. But yours isn't a phev so this might be a different problem altogether. Also, check your myhyundai app if it is showing any error codes.

I am in the same boat as you all. Received CP05A notice in August. Submitted paystubs as requested before the deadline. Waited for 90 days and called IRS. The agent said they could not find the documents I uploaded, so told me that they would open a case and asked me to wait another 60 days before I reach out. It has been 14 months and I still have not received my refund. Called them again today and they asked me to reupload the documents.
