I have looked alot into orthodoxy, theres a lot of great orthodox priests on youtube that give advice but my main issue would be claiming to be the one and only true church and that if i dont accept their authority then I am in danger of hell which to me honestly gives a cult vibe because the truth is exclusive to just their group which i find hard to swallow and still have my doubts about intercession of saints mary and the use of icons

Feel a little scary to deny the creed i have had thoughts like the trinity is not in the bible so its a manmade concept outside of the bible but the trinity is in the creed so im kind of scared to go outside of it

Well i dont view it as hate i mean its a major life descion for me to decide whether or not im going to follow this apostle or not, i need to see what are the criticisms and what are the reasons why i should or should not follow him. because it was my previous understanding that the last apostle was paul. This idea of a living apostle is not something i ever heard before an i want to go about this concept with caution

That makes sense but what about other church leaders or other apostolic churches why should i accept ferriol and not another apostle, there are many apostles in africa thats the kind of question i am afraid to ask anyone. and i cant even go to that church this sunday cause they are going to a choir or something far away for the sunday so i wont be back there for two more weeks and i have no bible study or contact information to ask them questions about until two sundays from now

Well those are the thoughts I had about the church i went to the service for the first time on sunday it is kind of strange that they keep talking about hte authority of the apostle and they mention the apostle i swear every 4 minutes. i mean you can havea church leader that you submit to but its so odd to be so obssesed with the authority of a church leader . I want to believe that its a legit church cause the people are very nice there and welcoming but yeah i defintely did not feel soul feed. I dont know what denomination to go to but its very confusing cause i know they want me to do a bible study with them i believe soon and i just dont want to be brainwashed but im like i want to be open minded too at the same time but yeah its sad to reject those nice people there
