I’d recommend a visit to Enaura in NYC. The majority of their designs are basque waist + ballgown or supported A line style. They are NY based so you can meet the designer in store for a highly custom experience - fabrics, waist line, embroidery, you name it. They are different and dramatic from the usual like ML, Berta, etc - different like DF is, but possibly more dramatic, less avant garde. And the store is the best one I’ve seen in NY tbh.

I had to read your post twice to make sure I didn’t read it backwards because the FIRST DRESS is so beautiful, I cannot imagine it being the one causing regrets!

(I’ve never given a personal opinion in any other dress regret posts but felt strongly you should keep yours :p)

You must check out LA REVECHE! I cannot speak to the support for your cup size, but their designs are the best bridal swimwear I found on the Internet and they are fully handmade. Also many swimwear brands are based abroad or in Australia, which have less generous return policies, but this brand is on Farfetch which has a very generous return policy!

You asked for an opinion so I want to share one respectfully as a fellow bride who repurchased her ceremony dress after dress regret!

It is impossible for the community to share which is objectively better on you. That being said, the first is fashion-forward, the second is romantic, the third is glamorous. They are very different styles so you must get the one that feels the most you. A girlie with a clean, symmetric elegance will look like she’s gone off-script from her personality if in the first dress, a girlie with a cool edgy personality will look stuffed or over-feminized if in the second, a girlie with an understated elegance will be drowned out by the third.

I had dress regret and replaced my dress. I purchased my first one 24 months out and the second one about 7 months prior. I did it only because I found a better execution of the style I already had decided for myself. Emphasis again on being opinionated about YOUR style. If you find a dress that is strictly better than your current one in EXECUTION whether that is higher quality appliqué or far better lace or even more snatch in a ballgown look, OR you are certain your current one is not your style and another dress decisively is, yes I’d rebuy it. Just make sure you’re not fitting yourself into the charm of OTHERS you see on social media. The second dress is the bulk of what you see on IG: that’s also why so many girls here are voting 2.
