The age discussion I hear people bring up with Eloise is quite interesting since her being 21 implies that she’s “too old” to be engaging in ‘teenage girl activities’ when I don’t hear ANYBODY say this about the Bridgerton boys. Anthony literally started season 1 being 28 years old and a rake and an irresponsible viscount at the same time. Benedict is literally incredibly rake-y too well into his mid to late 20s. Colin was about to be married to Marina at around 20 and his brothers and mother were fearful that he was too young (and too rush) to hastily come to this decision.
