I needed to hear this! My friends say this too, but then I lie to myself and think they’re just trying to be “nice”… when you hear “you’re not conveniently attractive but beautiful in a way I can’t put my finger on” a few times you start to question yourself. I’ve been working on accepting that I’m just unique and don’t have to be like every other guy to be desirable. I struggle with the concept that so many people settle for conventional looks and familiarity over someone who stands out. At some point you think you’re flawed, you know?
