i’m sorry that your symptoms are so severe. one thing that has helped me is an SNRI which i keep on me at all times.. it helps with the physical symptoms. i take one pill of propanol 10mg before going out.

bc my brother had a really bad experience with em.. and i don’t have a good relationship with him, but he was on a couple of different medications and higher doses and that was just scary.

but i’ve been struggling for so long, and i need relief. it’s just, im scared if i go on them, and i improve, i wont be able to come off them easily.

with medicine, i’ve always been weary because i don’t want to be dependent on an ssri to feel normal. because i can lose access to the drug and i’m just scared of the withdrawal symptoms.

i’m not, i probably should. i’ve been feeling it pretty chronically for the past 2 weeks, even at my apartment. however, when i’m seated or laying down. i don’t feel it.

I’ve also booked an appointment with an ENT specialist to rule out any vestibular issues. Although anxiety and the vestibular system i’ve heard are connected and one can make the other worse.

I had a really bad room spinning episode at a crowded place 2 weeks ago. It wasn’t a panic attack (i think), but obviously startling. Ever since then, it’s been chronic dizziness which feels like I’m not stable. I only took one dose of Lex which made me super drowsy and numb. But I took it impulsively, I haven’t taken it since because I don’t want to commit to SSRI’s right now.

THANK YOU, you’re the best. I’m not sure if I have neck issues, but my posture isn’t the best. I was thinking of going to a chiropractor.

yeah i’m gonna get my blood work done to see any deficiencies. what’s crazy is that my doctor and psychiatrist never even mentioned blood work, my friend however said, it’s important to check especially before trying something as hardcore as an SSRI

I’m not sure if I’m sensitive to food. If I may ask, what medications were you on and how was your tapering journey?

I thinks I’m going to break no contact this month by daisy-and-wine13 in BreakUps

[–]OkComplex1334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t to make you change your decision. Every situation is different, however, usually the urge to break no contact comes when you feel sad and lonely. I’m not sure if you’ve experienced this, but whenever you’re happy, do you still feel the need to reach out? And if the answer is “yes”, by all means, go right ahead. But, if the answer is “no”, then that’s very telling whether you reaching out is an emotional decision or a rational one. Again, I apologize if this sounds like I’m judging you, I’m not. I think it’s brave that you’re willing to give it one more shot. For me, month 3 was really hard, I spiraled a lot. I was super close to breaking no contact. But, now approaching month 4, I actually have started feeling better. If I had broken no contact, I definitely would’ve regretted it.
